DNZ Technical Solutions Ltd operations have a variety of planned maintenance schedules, on- call repair services, system designs, retrofits, test & commissioning, energy audits of HVAC systems and all relevant applications. The company’s operations are structured, so Mr Baykara can offer his customers an integrated service option, where they are able to receive all of their maintenance and engineering needs from one service provider.

Mr Baykara is targeting primarily catering sector, but not limited obviously there are many sectors like hospitality, retails, health, agriculture and small size industry. Mr Baykara doing professional partnership in each phase from on-call repair services to turnkey project implementation like root cause analysis, system design, CAPEX budget preparation, sub cons arrangement, test& commissioning and preventive maintenance schedules.

Deniz Metehan Baykara

Mr Baykara was born on the 1st of January 1976 in Istanbul-Turkey. Mr.Baykara studied Mechanical Engineering at Ataturk University in Turkey between 1995 and 1999. Having completed his academic studies at Bachelor level and began to study the English Language in London in the year 2000. He attended Postgraduate program at the University of Portsmouth in 2003 and he got his Master’s Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technologies in September 2004. Source of Mr Baykaras’ advance project management formation is mostly coming from the master’s programme he attended. In September 2005 Mr Baykara employed by Spirax Sarco in Turkey as a technical service engineer. His first task was the establishment of the technical service department because he was the only employee of the technical service department. Spirax Sarco is a UK based company which manufacturer of boiler automation, steam ancillaries, valves, steam traps, flowmeters. In his current role, he was doing all the installation of the components on the customer’s site then commissioning the integrated system to finalise to work. Heating part of his knowledge is mostly coming from Spirax Sarco experience. Mr Baykara established the technical service team in one year and manage the team till October 2010.

October 2010 Mr Baykara transferred to Siemens AG as Field Engineer in Industrial Solutions department. He attended Energy manager course in Aachen Germany and get his energy manager certificate. He also attended domestic energy manager course in Turkey and got energy manager certificate from the Ministry of Energy. As energy audit team they did over 200 energy audits in 16 countries. The same department was also dealing with technical facility management as well, so Mr Baykara learnt to repair and preventive maintenance of utilities in this role. He became a team leader in 2 years. In February 2013 Mr Baykara transferred to Johnson Controls as project development manager in Solutions department. Johnson Controls is one of the top 3 HVAC manufacturers in the world. Mr Baykara managed to get 3 major technical facility management projects in 1 year and became operations manager of the department. The facilities were mixed-used projects, so they had shops, food court, restaurants, department stores, coffee shops, common areas, sports centres, performance centres other functions in it so all the technical support was provided by his team. On the other hand, that kind of facilities has annual CAPEX budgets, so those investments also been made through Mr Baykara’s department. So Mr Baykara had his HVAC systems, utility components, maintenance schedules, P&L and cash flow management knowledge in his six years’ service in Johnson Controls.
